I would like to open a group order for my country!
Please DM us @fromthevaultsg, on Instagram if you plan to organise a GO. Current stocks are in-stocks and are limited.
What is a GO?
GO = Group Order.
These group orders are managed by GOMs (Group Order Managers).
They will take in orders from people living in the same country as them and you guys can share the shipping with others staying near you. Depending on the items you buy, it may save you some money for shipping!
Will an item be restocked if it’s out of stock?
We will try to restock as long as there are demands for the product. We want the merch to be exclusive so we will always try to come up with new and unique designs. Special restocks for events may occur, but sales will be in the local event. Any left over stocks will then be listed online.
Do you take local orders separately?
As of now, no. As stated, we are a working & studying team so we have lesser time to process orders and manage other platforms. Do stay tuned to our instagram page to get updates on where we will be boothing.
What does pre-order mean?
We are currently opening pre-orders for our cassette charms. This means that we do NOT have instocks and you will have to wait for the stocks to arrive in May. Pre-orders will close end of march.
