Shipping policies

All packages will be posted via SINGPOST/NINJAVAN/ and may take anytime up to 4-11 weeks depending on where you live. All orders do not have tracking unless you opt-in for that. We will not be liable for all untracked packages. Packages with tracking can only be tracked till it reaches your postoffice. 

Orders will be shipped in batches. Please note that due to our schedule we are working full-time and/or studying there may be times when shipping will be delayed. But we will try our best to mail out your packages as fast as possible. 

The shipping time also varies due to the packing materials which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive when we run out of materials.

Where do you ship from?

We are from Singapore. We ship worldwide, unless your country is one of the countries with suspended postal services. Check if your country is listed []


Why is the shipping fee more than I expected? 

Singpost constantly increases their shipping fees which affects the overall costs. Bigcartel does not calculate the fees by weight so it’s difficult to to do up accurate shipping fees. There are also Paypal fees which can go up to 5-6%. Packaging fees are also included to protect your items as much as possible. All these factors in to the shipping fees and we hope you understand where we are coming from. Do understand that most of the time, we have to top up additional money due to inaccurate shipping fees/weight. 


When will my order be shipped out?

Please allow 5-7 working days of processing time for local orders.

Please allow 8 - 10 working days of processing time for international orders.

Orders will be mailed out as soon as possible. 


I think my parcel is lost! 

For orders who opted out of "registered/tracked mail", please know that you chose to take the risk and we won't be liable for lost or damage goods. 

For all tracked orders placed, we are also not liable for lost or damaged goods during shipment once out of Singapore, or if the tracking says that it’s been delivered successfully (which could be due to various reasons). If it’s really lost, we will only be able to contact the courier company to check where the parcel was last sent to but so far, there was only 1 case which did not have much of an outcome as we were only able to contact our local courier who could only track the parcel to the point where they hand over to your country's courier. Once handed over, we are unable to track it on our end. 


Can I get a refund for my order?

All orders are final. We will not accept cancellations or refund requests unless:

  1. the item is out of stock and we have decided not to restock
  2. we missed out an item in your order 
  3. we are unable to mail to your country
